Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Our 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training launches in September of 2024, and we would be honored for you to embark on this journey with us!

We have worked hard to birth a well-rounded training that provides

each trainee with a solid foundation to build their ever-evolving

practice on. You will learn how to teach not only the physical

the aspect of yoga, but also understand and relate to the deeper

philosophical teachings that lie beneath the surface of the

movement.

By the end of this 5-month training, you will experience how the

physical and philosophical elements weave seamlessly into your

life beyond the edges of your yoga mat. Our intention is to

introduce you to the idea of yoga in action.

The yoga teacher training process is a transformative

and eye-opening experience for everyone involved. We cry,

laugh, grow + we learn in the community. A "YTT" is

not just about becoming an instructor - you will explore

new ways to think and relate to the human experience

through early and modern-day techniques.

We know through our own direct experience

that these lessons, ideas, and offerings will widen

your lens of what is possible for you. We believe it

can bring more peace and purpose to your

practice and a strong sense of

connection and fullness to

your life.

2024 Schedule

This YTT program is completed in five months. We will gather for an extended weekend each month from September-January in an effort to be fully immersed in the practice and philosophy of the teachings. These immersion weekends allow us to pause our routines and schedules and make time for the intense, all-encompassing hours of learning. A few light homework assignments will be given between the training weekends - their purpose is to act and serve as a tether to the teachings while you are out navigating the “real world" with a broader lens and elevated perspective.

Our training has a mixture of what we call "long" + "short" weekends.

Please note that these times are subject to change - trust that if adjustments in the schedule need to be made, we will never extend the hours, only shorten them.
