A: Pho
Q: What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
A: Savasana because of its deep relaxation mechanism and you can really feel the inner workings of the practice recalibrating the mind and body after a session.
Q: What style(s) of yoga do you specialize in?
A: Prenatal, yin, yoga nidra, vinyasa, meditation.
Q: What is a fun fact about you that most people don't know?
A: I’m a huge fantasy and animation nerd.

A: How much presence you cultivate when teaching.

A: Experience a lot of different styles to find what you like best and know what works for you.
Q: If you could swap lives with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
A: My cat because their life is chill.

A: Tadasana because of its sense of groundedness, stability, and strength.
