With 25 years of yoga practice and 7 years of teaching experience, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and dedication to our studio. She currently teaches the Hot Classic sequence every Sunday at 7 AM, and starting on December 16th, she’ll also be teaching Mondays at 7 AM. 🔥🧘♀️

Q: How long have you been practicing yoga?
A: 25 years
Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Veggie pizza.
Q: What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
A: Tree pose. Grounded yet growing.
Q: What style(s) of yoga do you specialize in?
A: Classic sequence Vinyasa
Q: What is a fun fact about you that most people don't know?
A: I make up songs and sing them spontaneously at home. They aren’t good, but they make my husband smile.
Q: What is your favorite part about teaching yoga?
A: Watching students become comfortable with their practice.
Q: What is your advice for someone new to yoga?
A: It’s called a practice for a reason. Take your time and remember to have fun.
Q: If you could swap lives with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
A: My cat. I swear he can fly.
Q: If you were a yoga pose, which one would you be and why?
A: A Warrior pose for sure, probably Warrior 1. I think that’s the yoga version of a superhero.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or mantra that you live by?
A: Breathe deep. Stay calm.
Q: What's your go-to karaoke song?
A: I have never done karaoke. It’s better that way.
