The creator/owner of Buddha Bella Healing Center, Deby Leader, holds the vision for birthing a community center for all. Deby has been teaching in the Valley since 2009. This comprehensive program places a strong focus on foundational practices, exploring their impact on various traditional yoga forms. Throughout the course, we'll delve into the 8 limbs of yoga, unravel the power of sound and mantra, explore the intricacies of the mind and meditation, and delve into the physiological aspects and effectiveness of Kundalini Yoga in holistic healing. Our approach combines practical experiences and thoughtful study, encouraging participants to develop a personal practice and explore the deeper dimensions of yogic science.

 

This course is designed for everyone; there are no prohibitions based on physical condition. Every student, regardless of their starting point, is not just welcome but will find valuable benefits in this inclusive and enriching program.

**The scheduled hours may be subject to change, and the presence of lunch breaks will be determined by the day's curriculum.

Training Investment 

​

$3450 Full registration - must be paid by March 7th

 

Payment Plans - with $300 deposit:

  • 5 months: $630
  • 7 months: $450

  • Bi-weekly: $315
