Join us for a unique and holistic 20-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training!​

​

This program is designed to empower yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, doulas, midwives, pregnant individuals, and anyone interested in supporting pregnant women through the practice of yoga. It serves as a guide for them along their rite of passage into motherhood. This comprehensive training will provide you with essential insights, information, and wisdom to confidently support pregnant women and individuals while also applying these teachings to your own life. Gain the knowledge to educate and guide expecting mothers and their families on this significant journey. You do not need to be a registered yoga teacher to enroll in this program.

  • Specialized Training: Learn how to safely and effectively teach yoga to pregnant women and individuals, accommodating the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy.

  • Expert Guidance: Gain insights from experienced prenatal yoga instructors who will share their expertise, techniques, and best practices.

  • Comprehensive Curriculum: The training covers essential topics such as anatomy and physiology, modifications for different trimesters, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and creating a supportive environment for prenatal yoga classes.

  • Hands-On Practice: Engage in practical sessions to build your confidence and proficiency in teaching prenatal yoga, with opportunities for feedback and refinement.

  • Open to Pregnant Individuals: This training is also open to pregnant women and individuals who wish to learn more about their bodies and how yoga can support them in the birth space.

By the end of this training, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to lead safe, effective, and nurturing prenatal yoga classes while understanding the broader context of women’s health and wellness throughout their lives.
